Admission and Dismissal Procedures
MORNING ADMISSION
Morning Admission begins at 8:00 a.m. for Kindergarten through 8th grade students. Please be advised that
students that do not demonstrate appropriate conduct will not be permitted to enter school until the official
school start time, 8:20 a.m.
Kindergarten students and 1st grade students in Rooms 5 and 6 enter through the Kindergarten wing entry
doors.
1st grade-4th grade students and 7th-8th grade students enter through the Courtyard Doors.
5th & 6th grade students enter through the Main Entrance Doors.
AFTERNOON DISMISSAL
Kindergarten students and 1st grade students in Rooms 5 and 6 dismiss from their classroom doors at 2:50pm.
1st-4th grade students dismiss in the school yard at 2:50pm.
5th-8th grade students dismiss through G Street doors at 3:01 pm.
In the event of inclement weather, all parents of students in grades K-4 will enter the building through the courtyard doors at 2:50pm.
Students in kindergarten and rooms 5 and 6 will be dismiss from their classrooms. 1st and 2nd grade will dismiss in the cafeteria. 3rd and 4th grade students will dismiss in the gym.
5th-8th grade students will dismiss as usual at 3:01pm from the G St. doors.
*Students in Grades K-4th are not permitted to walk home alone.
EARLY DISMISSALS
Early dismissals are only granted until 2:00pm in order to ensure a safe and orderly dismissal. Early dismissals require photo identification to be presented.
